There will be a long interruption in the WWZ network

It will not be possible to use all the services of the WWZ for almost six hours in four municipalities.

The WWZ AG will be carrying out extensive maintenance work on its telecommunications infrastructures from the night of Monday, 27 September, to Tuesday, 28 September. This will lead to an interruption of all signals in the WWZ cable network "in parts of Cham, Steinhausen, Zug and Baar". TV, telephony and internet will be affected, and the interruption will last from 00.05 to 6 a.m.

The emergency numbers will also not be accessible via landline telephony during the interruption. If a service is not working again after the maintenance, it’s usually sufficient to unplug the modem and plug it back in "after one or two minutes".
