Notebooks worth around CHF 180,000 were stolen from a warehouse on the Birkenstrasse in Rotkreuz in the early hours of Wednesday, according to a statement from the Zug Police. When the police arrived at the scene, two men ran away and a blue van without lights drove away in the direction of the Blegistrasse.
The Zug police were able to arrest one of the fleeing persons. He is a 31-year-old Romanian national.
The search for the van and the other refugees is underway. Anyone who saw any suspicious vehicles or persons in the "Blegi" area of the municipality of Rotkreuz is asked to call the Zug police on 041 728 41 41.
