Man attacks passers-by

On Friday evening, the Operations Center of the Zug Police received several reports that a man was throwing things around and attacking passers-by in Rotkreuz. The man was then arrested by the emergency services after he became aggressive and hurled verbal abuse at them, as the Zug law enforcement authorities report in a statement.

The 35-year-old Swiss man was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and drugs. The police report added that the on-duty emergency psychiatrist had ordered the man to be sent to a psychiatric clinic due to the state of health of the 35-year-old.
