18-year-old motorcyclist slightly injured after coming off his machine

An 18-year-old motorcyclist was slightly injured after coming off his machine in the city on Thursday afternoon.

The incident happened shortly before1pm as the motorcyclist left Feldstrasse intending to cross Baarerstrasse to get to Göblistrasse. It was as he approached the lights there that he had to swerve to avoid a vehicle travelling from Baar towards Zug on Baarerstrasse, causing him to fall and injure himself, though only slightly, fortunately.

It is not exactly clear how this accident occurred, the Zug police have issued an appeal to anyone who may have witnessed it to call them on 041 728 41 41. In particular they would like the woman who was driving behind the motorcyclist at the time and stopped to ask if he was all right after he had fallen to get in touch.
