Training is more than teaching theory
All our trainings are characterised by a varied mix of the applied forms of learning:
- Impulse teaching talks by the lecturer
- Concrete application examples from practice
- Individual and group work, which participants implement on the basis of their practical experience
- Feedback from the lecturer on the individual group work
In addition, other forms of learning can be used on request, e.g. e-learning, blended learning, in-depth on-the-job assignments.
Modules
Excellence Module Ladies Leadership
The rapid pace of our time, with which many people seem unable to cope any longer, shapes our lives to a great extent. Leadership skills are in demand at work, in society and in the family: the ability to organize and master complex everyday life; to make decisions at short notice, to think ahead so as not to be surprised, emotional intelligence paired with a rational approach. All these points are not “men’s business”, often it is exactly the women, the managers of our time, who have to assert themselves successfully in the area of conflict between family/job/ society.
