Zug U20 ice hockey team celebrate the championship title

The juniors have acted as a role model for the first team. The U20 elite team of EV Zug beat Lugano and is Swiss champion – and have thereby defended their title.

The Zug U-20 team not only met the Luganesi in the quarter-finals of the National League, but also in the championship of the U20-Elite– but this time in the final. Coach Corsin Camichel's team won Friday night's home game against Lugano 2-1 after extra time, and thereby won the series 3-1.
