The railway from Zug to Lucerne is now running once again

Rail passengers between Zug and Lucerne needed patience on Thursday morning. There were delays and cancellations, and passengers were diverted.

There were considerable problems on the SBB route between Zurich and Lucerne on Thursday morning. As the SBB  has now announced, delays, train cancellations and diversions were to be expected on the lines IR 70, IR 75 and S1 until about 10 a.m. The fault has now been resolved, however.
