Motorcycle ends up in the bushes – while a car hits the guardrail

There were two single-vehicle accidents on Zug roads In the morning traffic on Tuesday. Fortunately, no one was injured.

On Tuesday morning (19 October 2021), at 6:45 a.m., a motorcyclist riding in the direction of Zug/Blegi came off the road at the Baar motorway entrance and crashed into the bushes there. The 16-year-old learner driver was fortunately uninjured, but the motorcycle had to be recovered with a crane.

A few minutes later, another single-vehicle accident occurred on the A4 motorway, between Lindencham and Rütihof junctions. A motorist crashed into the guardrail on the right side of the road and came to a stop in the breakdown lane. No one was injured in this incident. When asked how the accident had occurred, the 18-year-old driver stated that he had dozed off briefly. His driver's license on probation was confiscated on the spot and sent to the administrative authority (the Road Traffic Office).
