Aurel Achleitner wins the Swiss championship title

The 15-year-old from SV Baar was unbeatable over 3000 metres in Lake Geneva.

Last Saturday, Aurel Achleitnerfrom Baar started in the Swiss Championship in Open Water Swimming in Geneva.

The national squad athlete won the 3000 metre title in the cool lake, and thereby successfully defended his title.

International waters targeted,
Aurel Achleitner was very satisfied with his race, as the preparation time had been very short. The swimmer from SV Baar now has "big goals" for next season, and also hopes to qualify for international competitions.
