The pier and promenade give you a wide view across the lake, making it one of the most reliable places in town to actually see the sunset.

It is more of a planned outing than a quick stop after work, but it does not need to be complicated. Take the Zugerberg Bahn, go for a short walk, bring a picnic or simply find a place to sit and watch the light change. The sunset itself is beautiful, but the soft glow before and after can be just as impressive.
