Zug police uncover an indoor hemp installation

On Friday, January 10th, members of the Zug police found a hemp plants being grown in an apartment in Cham. According to the media release by the Zug police on Tuesday, January 14, around 100 hemp plants of different sizes were seized. The installation was being operated by a 22-year-old Swiss woman. She stated that she was growing the hemp plants for her own consumption.

The young woman will now have to answer to the Public Prosecutor of the Canton of Zug for violations of the Narcotics Act.
