The Institute Montana's "Jubilee Line" operates on the ZVB network
The Institute Montana's "Jubilee Line" now operates on the ZVB network, and this was celebrated on the Postplatz in Zug on Saturday. In his address, Alexander Biner, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Institute Montana, emphasised the close connection between the school and the region.
On Saturday, in cooperation with ZVB (Zug Public Transport), the Institute Montana presented its "Jubilee Line" on the Postplatz in Zug – a bus decorated in the style of the school, as the school announced. "The Jubilee Line makes visible the close connection between the City of Zug and the Zugerberg mountain. The buses and trains create a daily link between our location on the mountain and life in the city. They illustrate how the two places are interconnected," said Alexander Biner, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Institute Montana Switzerland.

Cyrill Weber, the CEO of the ZVB, acknowledged the long-standing collaboration in his welcoming address: "The connection between Institute Montana and ZVB has a long history. Every day, numerous students and staff members travel to the Zugerberg using our services. We are delighted to highlight this reliable partnership with the Jubilee Line".
The Institute Montana is combining the ‘Jubilee Line’ with a commitment to the community. For every kilometre the bus travels, the institute will donate a sum to the Zug Charitable Society (GGZ: Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft Zug). The introduction of the Jubilee Line also marks the start of a special year for Institute Montana, which will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2026.
The grand anniversary celebration will take place on Sunday, 3rd May 2026.
