The Coop has finished the remodelling

The Coop branch at Eichengasse 1A in Hünenberg has been completely modernised, and  the store will reopen its doors on Thursday, 25 March after the renovation has been completed.

There will be a market atmosphere in the newly designed Coop in Hünenberg: the press release promises that the modernised supermarket will guarantee a pleasant shopping experience, and will be brighter, with more space and labels in the Hünenberg dialect. From the fruit and vegetable department with seasonal, colourful and fresh products, through the baked goods and dairy assortment to the fish and meat department, customers can expect a wide and diverse range of products. The increased selection of drinks, wine and beer from Switzerland and all over the world should leave nothing to be desired, and nothing will also be missing outside the food sector, writes the Coop in the communication.

More space and shorter waiting times
In the course of the modernisation, the shop space was expanded by about 100 square metres, making the store look even more spacious. The checkout area has also been re-designed: in addition to a serviced cash register, three self-checkout cash registers shorten any waiting times. Customers with wheelchairs and strollers will certainly appreciate the widened passageways. The Coop attaches great importance to sustainability, and the materials used for the conversion thereby meet the most modern ecological standards. And the lighting in the store is now 100% with LED technology.

From Thursday to Saturday, 25 to 27 March, customers benefit from ten times more Super Points and attractive special offers. They also receive a small gift at the checkout (as long as stocks last). The team around Manager Lucia Röllin looks forward to welcome customers to the new Coop Hünenberg.
