The Ägeribad is reopening

The Ägeribad will once again be open to all water sports enthusiasts, recreation seekers and wellness fans from Saturday, 6 June, in compliance with the protection measures of the FOPH.

According to its press release the Ägeribad will resume operations from next weekend, and preparations for the opening after the lockdown are in full swing. In order to comply with the federal requirements, a maximum of 300 guests are allowed to visit the Ägeribad at the same time. In addition, all bathers must register at the reception, which could lead to waiting times.

According to the announcement, swimming courses that have already been booked will be postponed to a later date, and current subscriptions will be extended according to the period during which the facility was closed. More information can be found on www.aegeribad.ch.

Lakeside area also reopening
The lakeside bathing area will also be open again from Saturday, 6 June. In concrete terms, this means: the sanitary facilities and the diving tower are approved for use, and the bathing operation can take place under supervision in good weather.

"We are delighted that life is returning to the Ägeribad. With the early revision and the implementation of the protection concept, we have made every effort to ensure that a smooth bathing operation is again possible under the required conditions. We are happy to be now able to welcome guests again," says Managing Director Tobias Herger in the press release.
