Sika wins Swiss Technology Award

The Swiss Innovation Award was presented for the 31st time at the Swiss Innovation Forum in Basel on Thursday. The award is considered the most important award in the field of innovation and technology transfer in Switzerland. The Baar-based construction materials group Sika, won the "Innovation Leaders" category by combining the advantages of structural and elastic adhesives with the new adhesive technology "Sika Force Powerflex", according to a statement.

The other winners at the Swiss Innovation Forum were FenX (for non-combustible insulation foam) and Cutiss (for biopsy for skin grafts).

The winning Sika team
