Rear-end collision on the A14 motorway

A rear-end collision occurred on Monday morning on the A14 motorway in the direction of Zug near Buchrain. Road users needed a lot of patience.

The accident occurred on Monday morning at 6.35 a.m. and involved two cars, a motorhome, and a van, writes the Lucerne police in a press release. Nobody was hurt.

The Sonnenberg and Reussport tunnels were temporarily restricted to a single lane in order to maintain a rescue route. This resulted in a temporary traffic jam to the north, with delays of about 30 minutes according to TCS. The accident site was cleared by 8.15 am.
