Over 300 old tyres illegally dumped

After several hundred old car tyres were illegally dumped on private property, the police are searching for the unknown perpetrator.

An unknown offender has illegally dumped between 300 and 400 old tyres at a agricultural business in Niederwil (Cham) in recent weeks. Some of the tyres are still fitted with rims. The car tyres lay on the forecourt as well as in a barn storage room. The affected area is not fenced.

Did anyone observe any suspicious persons or vehicles, or even the unloading of the tyres in Niederwil between January 29 and February 11, 2020? Anyone who can provide relevant information is asked to report to the police command centre (T 041 728 41 41).
