Girl critically injured after crash with kickboard

A five-year-old girl fell from a kickboard in Unterägeri on Monday evening and was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. The Zug police are looking for witnesses.

The five-year-old girl fell from a kickboard in the area of the Brunnenhofweg and the Heimelistrasse. She suffered life-threatening injuries and had to be taken to a hospital in a neighbouring canton, the Zug police reported on Tuesday.

The exact cause of the accident is unclear. That is why the Zug Police are looking for witnesses. Anyone who witnessed the girl's fall should contact the emergency control centre on 041 728 41 41. In particular, police are looking for a man who looked after the girl after the fall until emergency services arrived. His statement would be important for the further investigations.
