Cyclists leaves accident scene after collision

A cyclist crashed into a car in Cham on Friday afternoon. The cyclist got up after the fall and left the scene of the accident. The Zug police are now looking for witnesses.

The collision occurred on Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. on the Zugerstrasse in Cham, according to the Zug police. As a motorist coming from the Bärenkreisel wanted to turn left into the Knonauerstrasse, a cyclist drove onto the road via the pavement and crashed into the car. The cyclist fell, got up again, and immediately left the scene of the accident.

The police are now looking for witnesses who have observed the accident and can provide information on what happened. The cyclist himself is also requested to report on 041 728 41 41.

According to the police, the cyclist is about 1.70 to 1.80 metres tall, 30 to 40 years old and has shoulder-length brown hair. He was wearing orange trousers.
