Change of management at the Rosengarten restaurant

The «Rosengarten» restaurant in Lindencham will change ownership at the end of July. «Rosengarten» chef Benno Jud and tenant Stephanie Köpfli are leaving the restaurant, as can be seen in a post on the restaurant website. Gift vouchers can still be redeemed until 16th July.

The Restaurant Rosengarten in Lindencham has a long tradition, and has been operating on the Sinserstrasse since 1903. Most recently, tenant Stephanie Köpfli took over the business in August 2021 after extensive renovations, and repositioned it together with head chef Benno Jud.

The Rosengarten is well known for its traditional, seasonal cuisine with a regional focus. Classics such as Cordon Bleu, stroganoff, and bratwurst with rösti were a popular part of the menu, as well as seasonal specialties and events.

The restaurant is also popular due to its indoor bowling alley (Kegelbahn).
