A concert cycle inspired by love

ZugMusic is a new organisation committed to promoting musical projects in the city and canton of Zug. It’s goal is to bring music to life in all its diversity and actively contribute to a vibrant cultural scene.

ZugMusic stands for musical openness and cultural diversity, and supports musical initiatives, connect musicians and create new spaces for musical exchange. Whether classical, jazz, pop, folk music or experimental sounds.

The first project launched by ZugMusic is dedicated to the universal theme of Love. Under the title ‘Hymne à l’amour’, a chamber music series has been created that illuminates various facets of love in a musical manner– from romantic passion and fulfilled intimacy to painful separation.

The first event, taking place appropriately on St. Valentine’s Day, 14th February, presents the rising star among classical sopranos – Chelsea Marilyn Zurfluh, who grew up in Pieterlen, near Bern, and who has been described as a supernova in the classical music sky. Following her impressive concert in the Zug Theatre Casino on Thursday, 22nd January, she will now be appearing at the Reformed Church in Zug.

Advance ticket sales started on 1st January 2026.
