36 new rental apartments available in the Papieri area

Anyone looking for a new rental apartment in Cham from December 2024 can start their search this weekend.

As part of the second construction phase, 36 new rental apartments have been built on the Papieri site. The marketing of the apartments starts on May 17th at 6 pm, according to a press release.

Modern living with "spectacular views"
The new apartments are of modern standard with parquet floors, their own laundry area and Smart Living comfort control. The 2.5 to 5.5-room apartments are located on floors 6 to 13 in the K high-rise building. The recessed balconies (loggias) of each apartment offer "spectacular views over the rooftops of Cham - some with fantastic views of Lake Zug and the Central Swiss Alps".

Interested parties can apply online from today.
