The English Theatre Group of Zug, together with singers, musicians and actors, as well as the community of St. Johannes in Zug and ZIWC (Zug International Women's Club), invite you to a memorable concert bringing people together for reflection, music and shared remembrance. 

Using music, personal stories, and moments of reflection, Light We Carry Forward explores how people respond to crisis - not through division, but through kindness, generosity, and human connection.

Entry is free, with donations supporting the production and benefiting ZIWC's charity partner, Stiftung Wunderlampe.

The concert brings together an international collaboration of singers, musicians and actors including the Zug Show Choir, the Belcanto women’s chorus and Cantori Contenti. Zug cellist and singer Jonas Iten joins Canadian pianist, conductor and arranger Tiffany Butt, as well as international singers and performers, Kate Michaels and Isabella Flachsmann. 

Additional soloists and actors help create a shared artistic experience with curated texts interwoven throughout the evening creating a space for audiences to remember, connect, and look forward together.

Led by Church leader, Bernhard Lenfers-Grünenfelder, from St. Johannes Church in Zug, we invite you to join us in honouring the kindness we share with one another during difficult times.
