Unhealthy trees to be cut down

Several trees will be cut down in the cemetery St. Michael in February. Due to their poor state of health, trees will also be cut down in the following areas: a willow on the Steinhauserstrasse, a cherry tree near the Knoptliturm, a locust on the Alpenstrasse, a sycamore on the Alpenquai and a lime tree on the Grabenstrasse. The lime tree as well as the willow on the Steinhauserstrasse will be replaced with a young tree. On the Gartenstrasse as well as the Rigistrasse one hornbeam and one gleditsia will be cut down and will be replaced with new plants.
