Curling Club Zug host Scottish curling team
A delegation from the Royal Caledonian Curling Club, the oldest curling club in the world, made a stop-over in Zug on their tour of Switzeland.
Chistian Raschle gave the guests from Scotland a tour of the city and was able to impress the participants with his tour. An apero, sponsored by Margrith and Sara Ochsner, took place at the Pulverturn and at the same time the guests could explore the tower.
The Zug curling team loses
The curling event began with a opening ceremony which included bagpipes, yodelling, flag-swinging and alphorns. Unfortunately, the Zug team lost 2 to 3. After the games dinner was enjoyed at the Casino with great entertainment. All in all, it was a fantastic even organised by the Curling Club Zug.
