Bus Accident in Zug
A collision between a passenger vehicle and a city bus on Tuesday afternoon left seven persons injured.
The accident occurred when a passenger vehicle changed lanes. According to the police, the bus driver (Line 3 of the Zugerland Transport Enterprise) had to slam on the brakes, which sent some passengers tumbling. Seven were injured, one could be treated on site and released. The other six were taken by ambulance to surrounding hospitals, a small child was transferred with head injuries to the Children’s Hospital in Lucerne.
The bus was driving from Zug towards Baar and the collision occurred at the height of the crossing Baarerstrasse / Göblistrasse. Persons who observed the accident or were injured in the accident are being asked to contact the Zug police under the telephone number 041 728 41 41.
