Susanna Lyrdahl Johnson’s herring will once again be swimming in mustard, dill, cranberry, garlic and other delicious homemade sauces beginning the 15th of February 2018.
 

For the 15th time, Sweden Weeks will take place with our guest chef from Torekov. As every year, she will again travel to Zug with tasty specialties in tow. Every evening, our guests will find over 90 Swedish specialties prepared fresh for the connoisseur and gastronome.


The “Smörgåsbord” has, among other things, herring, salmon in many variations as well as the spicy Swedish meat balls, “Köttbullar”. Our guest chef Susanna will of course also treat you with her dessert buffet “from Grandmother’s kitchen”.
