Ever had that experience? The sun is shining, the sky is blue and the world and his wife seem to be outdoors, but you don’t know what to do. There are so many possibilities – mountains, lakes, caves -, that you don’t know where to start. If that happens to you, don’t worry about it - we can help you! We are the official tourist office for Canton Zug and we know Canton Zug like the back of our hands!

At our Tourist Information Desk in the Travel Centre of the Zug Railway Station, since 2003 we have been looking after guests from overseas and from other parts of Switzerland. Daily we answer hundreds of questions put to us by visitors to Zug: we make suggestions for excursions, corporate events and fringe programmes; we hand out useful addresses and information to new residents; give lots of tips about the area and use our years of know how to advise on the infrastructure of the region.

As well as looking after our guests, we are responsible for coordinating the marketing of all tourism-related offers in Canton Zug.

So on your very next day out, don’t hesitate to come and see us. We are very anxious that at least your valuable leisure time is not spoilt in any way.

In addition to our information desks, we are also the official sales office for all kinds of tickets: concerts, shows and other events – even those outside Canton Zug.
