Parked car rolls down an embankment

A car insufficiently securely parked car rolled down an incline in the city on Sunday, coming to a halt only as it collided into the wall of a house.
 
When a woman went to collect the car she had earlier parked on Sterenweg on Sunday, it was no longer there. In this case it was not car thieves who were involved; the 55-year-old had not secured her vehicle properly prior to leaving it and it rolled 20 metres down an incline, into an embankment and came only to a standstill when it collided with the wall of a house.
 
Fortunately, no-one was injured in the incident, though both the house and car were damaged.
