Intercultural Management Programme on Two Continents: Leadership Management Across Borders

Under the motto "International Leadership Management", we offer a high-quality, international further-education programme and networking platform. The programme is ideal for participants wishing to explore new, innovative paths in the context of internationalisation. The aim is to sharpen the participants’ social skills in intercultural contexts. Many cultures are represented in today’s companies and this leads to intercultural challenges. These cultural differences should be seen as a learning opportunity. Particular emphasis is, therefore, placed on acquiring intercultural leadership knowledge and having the opportunity to engage in the professional exchange of ideas with representatives from leading corporations. Participants develop their leadership skills in situations which involve various cultures, regardless of whether they transcend national borders. Innovative Goals: The goals of the Summer School Lucerne are ambitious. Participants will not be debating the stereotypical do’s and don’ts of a specific culture and their leadership styles. Instead, the focus is on just how dependent management and leadership are on cultural awareness. Participants are encouraged to cultivate their cultural awareness and intercultural leadership skills in order to give them a definite advantage in daily business and pave the way to success and innovation.
