Intruders make off with tens of thousands of francs

Intruders were able to make off with tens of thousands of francs from a garage business in Neuägeri on Monday night or early Tuesday morning. The Zug Police have since issued an appeal for witnesses to come forward.
 
The intruders broke into the premises on Zugerstrasse sometime between 6.30 pm on Monday evening and 6.30 on Tuesday morning. In addition to breaking open a safe and stealing a large sum of money, they caused damage to the tune of CHF 20,000, too.
 
The Zug Police would like to hear from anyone who may have noticed anyone acting suspiciously in the Schmidtli area of Neuägeri during the aforementioned hours to contact them on 041 728 41 41 without delay.
