Driver collides with crash barrier on A4a motorway

A driver of a car on what is known as the Blegi curve on the A4a motorway collided with the crash barrier on the left-hand side but then simply drove off without reporting the matter.
 
Police have since issued an appeal for the driver of the car concerned, a gold-coloured Opel Corsa, to come forward. Failing this, they would like anyone else who may be able to help identify the driver to call them on 041 728 41 41.
 
The incident happened on Saturday night or Sunday morning as the vehicle was travelling in the direction of Lucerne.
