Decoding Swiss German

In a quest to help you learn German more easily, this month's Soft Landing seminar explains the similarities between various European languages and how to use this knowledge to boost your German.
 
Let us take you on a fascinating journey through the centuries and civilisations – the Celts, Romans, The Norman Conquest, the Middle Ages - and explore where history, geography, language and culture come together.
 
We want you to come away with a greater insight into the vocabulary and grammar and with a bit of a knack to transform words from English (etc..) into German!
 
Entry is free and open to all interested.
