Cyclist scratches door of Mercedes and rides off

The Zug police have issued an appeal for witnesses to an incident in Baar on Monday evening to come forward.
 
It was around 5.45pm that a 21-year-old woman drove her black Mercedes from Neugasse into Rathausgasse and then stopped at the crossing to allow a pedestrian to cross. At the same time a cyclist overtook her car and scratched the driver’s door, whereafter he simply rode off without a word of apology.
 
Some witnesses have already come forward but the police would like the cyclist in question to report to them himself, in addition to any other people who may have seen what happened.
 
The cyclist is described as around 40, 180 cm tall, of slim build with a blond beard. He was also reported to have been wearing a cap, with the bicycle used being that of an older model men’s type with a panier.
