City-centre crash leaves three injured

Three people had to be taken to hospital for slight injuries they sustained when two cars collided with each other the city early on Saturday evening.
 
The incident happened shortly before 5.30 pm as a 38-year-old driver was turning left from Industriestrasse onto Göblistrasse. As he did so, he failed to notice an approaching car driven by a 42-year-old. In the ensuing collision, both drivers and a 35-year-old woman passenger were slightly injured and taken to hospitals in Zug and Affoltern. Another passenger was not injured.
 
In all, damage to the tune of CHF 15,000 was caused.
