Branch of "The Butcher" to open on Gotthardstrasse

There are already three “The Butcher” restaurants in Zurich; now the fourth one is to be opened in Zug, at number two Gotthardstrasse, next door to the Zara fashion store.

As one would expect, burgers made with Swiss prime beef will be on the menu here. These will come with caramelised onions and special Butcher sauce at just CHF 11.80. A range of side-dishes such as Butcher fries and tortilla chips will also be available to accompany other burgers priced between CHF 9.90 and CHF 18, all of them totally preservative-free.

Not that vegetarians have been forgotten; they will be able to enjoy meat-free burgers. In fact even vegans will be catered for in this new restaurant, where there will be seating for between 60 and 70 diners when it opens in May. What is more, take-away meals will also be available or, if preferred, they can be delivered.

With this new restaurant, the Metalli centre with its 50 shops will be able to boast yet another eatery to join others such as the Confiserie-Café Speck, the Confiseur Bachmann, the Cha Cha Thai restaurant, La Taverna pasta and pizza diner not to mention the Negishi Japanese restaurant, Starbuck’s, the SUC+ juice bar and Migros’ take-away.
