Another young driver loses his licence

Yet another young driver has lost his licence after police discovered he had been driving under the influence of alcohol.

The Zug police were called to the incident shortly before midnight on Wednesday after a 21-year-old driver lost control over his vehicle as he turned from Eichwaldstrasse into Allmendstrasse, where damage to his car caused through hitting a tree near a bus stop amounted to CHF 5,000.

A subsequent blood and urine test at hospital showed he had been drinking beforehand.
