Accident involving e-bike leaves 73-year-old injured

Following the incident involving a collision between a 43-year-old cyclist on an e-bike and a 20-year-old man on a normal bike on Chamer Fussweg on Wednesday 17 August, in which both were injured, the former seriously, now a 73-year-old man, also on an e-bike, has been injured in a collision with another cyclist in Oberwil.
 
This latest incident happened shortly before 10 am last Thursday on Artherstrasse. The 73-year-old was on his way towards Walchwil with a group of others when, as mentioned, he was involved in a collision with a 32-year-old cycling in the opposite direction. Fortunately, this latter-mentioned cyclist escaped injury.
 
As of Saturday, the Zug police were still looking into the precise circumstances of the incident.
