A capella concert by Takarabune from Japan

A contemporary band based in Kobe Japan, Takarabune Is one of the few female-only a cappella bands in Asia. The name “Takarabune” signifies precious things and is the name of a legendary phantom Japanese treasure boat that sails into harbour every New Year's Day bringing good forture to all who see it!
All the Takarabune singers are committed to bring best harmony and sounds to their audiences who are impressed with the power of their voices. Their repertoire includes standard jazz numbers, Japanese oldies and Japanese nursery rhymes.
The group had its international debut at the Asian A Cappella Festival in Seoul, Korea in 2007 and was a huge success, and won the second prize at Taiwan International Contemporary A Cappella Festival in 2008
