32-year-old mother slightly injured in fire in flat

A 32-year-old woman was slightly injured as fire broke out in her kitchen on Friday evening. Fortunately, two children in the flat at the same time escaped injury.
 
Police received reports of fire at the multi-family dwelling unit in Oberallmendstrasse at 10.30 pm. Fortunately, thanks to the swift response of the local fire brigade, the fire was soon able to be extinguished.
 
There were three people in the flat at the time, a mother, who had to be taken to hospital, and her two children, who, as mentioned, escaped injury. As can be seen from the photograph, extensive damage was caused
 
The fire brigade is now looking into the precise cause of the fire.
